Objective: author, design, publish, and market Lisbeth and the Littering Ladybugs, a children’s picture book for ages 3-6.
Strategy: Source and collaborate with an established editor and illustrator to publish a children’s picture book. Introduce a new author to the market through targeted book publicity and marketing campaigns.
Execution: Used Adobe InDesign to lay out and package multiple formats for publication. Published through KDP, Ingram Spark, Apple, Google, and Kobo. Publicized and marketed the book via the author’s website, press releases, book reviews, a virtual book tour, author interviews, and digital advertising. Working in collaboration with numerous social media influencers and children’s websites, increased author awareness and book sales.
