Strategy: Conducted audience research to identify key demographics and behaviors in the target audience. Using a data-driven approach, they developed a multi-channel strategy that utilized paid search, social media, display advertising, and special promotion events/email.
Execution: Paid Search – Optimized keyword targeting around product and holiday-related searches and created ad extensions to highlight promotions. In addition, launched multiple targeted ads on Etsy to boost both awareness and sales. Social Media – Developed engaging ad creatives for platforms like Facebook, showcasing multiple products. Implemented engagement and retargeting campaigns for potential customers. Display Advertising –Launched a programmatic display campaign targeting lookalike audiences based on existing customer data, focusing on high-traffic websites related to shopping and lifestyle. Promotional Events/Email –Showcased product in local holiday art shows, offering customers special discounts on promotional items. Offered an additional discount on future purchases if customers signed up for news & event email notifications.
Measurement: Utilized both Etsy and Google Analytics and UTM parameters to track conversions from each channel. Set up custom dashboards to monitor performance in real time.
Results: Achieved 25% expansion of customer base and 30% increase in sales
